This tax preparer is very knowledgeable and cares about the clients. There is absolutely no waiting when you schedule an appointment. Each time I called I received an immediate answer. This was the easiest and most convenient place I’ve ever filed my taxes before. They REALLY deserve more than 5 stars.

I was concerned at first about doing my taxes online. but this was the only option I had at the moment, due to my busy schedule. I contacted geisha Jacobs and was delightful surprised on her professionalism and knowledge of everything I asked her. she was polite and you can tell she does this from the heart and not on a cash grab like most of these tax places. I will definitely be doing future business with Jacob wise. thanks for getting me back the max and being so patient with me and all my questions..

I’ve been going to Geisha for over 6yrs and she’s the best. She takes her time and explain what she’s doing when preparing you taxes. Geisha is timely in answering phone calls and any emails. Thanks again
