Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Related technologies can include session storage, local storage, and identifiers used by embedded tools. These technologies may help a site deliver pages, protect against automated abuse, maintain a session, or provide a requested feature. Hosting and security cookies
The site’s hosting and security infrastructure can set cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect availability. A Cloudflare security cookie named __cf_bm was observed on this site during a technical check; the observed response set an expiration of approximately 30 minutes. Cookie names and lifetimes can change with provider configuration and security conditions.
This is an observed example, not an exhaustive inventory of every cookie that every provider may set. Security services may also process IP addresses and request details.
Chat, portal, and linked services
This website loads a SuiteDash-powered chat tool. Chat may involve provider-managed cookies or identifiers. The client portal, appointment booking, and linked purchase services may use their own technologies when you visit or interact with them. Their notices govern those services.

Questionnaire answers and pricing tools
The current tax profile, bookkeeping questionnaire, and package finder use page memory for their on-page interactions. The site’s own questionnaire scripts do not currently save those answers through cookies, local storage, or session storage, or submit them to the team. Closing or reloading the page clears that page-memory state. Separately loaded chat, hosting, and portal services may behave differently.
Analytics and advertising
The current website code does not include a separately configured advertising pixel or analytics tag. This does not mean that hosting infrastructure or embedded providers process no technical information. We will review this notice when additional website technologies are introduced.
Your browser choices
You can review, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings, and may be able to restrict third-party cookies separately. Settings and instructions vary by browser. Blocking cookies may affect security checks, chat, login, or other requested features. Removing a cookie does not remove records already held by a service provider.
This site does not currently provide a custom cookie-preference panel. Browser controls and any controls offered by the relevant external service remain available. If a new nonessential tracking feature requires consent under applicable law, its controls should be implemented before it is enabled.
Updates and contact
Cookie behavior can change when providers or site features change. This notice describes the reviewed implementation as of the effective date, rather than guaranteeing fixed cookie names or durations. Read our Privacy Policy for broader information handling.
